FURNACES WITH CONVEYOR SYSTEM:
a) Tunnel Type Furnaces:
Tunnel furnaces are designed in such a way that materials coated with electrostatic powder paint or wet paint to enter from one end of the furnace and come out from the other on a conveyor equipped with hangers under specified preset temperatures. They are heated with heating coils or thermo-block system depending on the structure and purpose of use. There are air curtains on both ends of the Tunnel Furnaces to prevent escape of heat.
b) Box Type Furnaces:
Materials coated with electrostatic powder paint or wet paint and hung on the conveyor enter through the furnace entrance and proceed along the furnace, return from the end point, and come out from the side of the entrance at the end of the preset time. The furnace is equipped with air curtains to prevent escape of hot air. These furnaces are heated with a thermo-block system. The heating unit is located at the back of the furnace, but can also be located on the side if required. Even if the furnace is equipped with a conveyor belt, special models are available allowing product entry using trolleys through a door in the front.
