COMPRESSED AIR JET WITH BLOWER PUMP:
The compressed air jet is used to eliminate excessive liquid that remains on Rubber Profiles when they enter the cooling and siliconizing bath after they come out of the Hot Air Tunnel. Air is absorbed from the environment by the 3 kW Blower Pump and then blown over the materials passing through the center of an air jet with a diameter of Ř100 mm, whose flow rate can be adjusted. Because the system generates the necessary air, it eliminates the requirement to use a compressor.
