Adhesive Baths
A-ADHESIVE BATHS WITH FLUID ADJUSTMENT:
It is a pre-treatment unit that sprays required amounts of solvent-based materials in its tank by way of a pump on rubber hoses or similar products passing through the unit, and that removes excessive amounts with air jets, recovering them inside the tank. The top section that contains the air jets and the air curtain also serves as a cover for the solvent tank. The solvent tank can be easily accessed through this easily-removed cover. Air ducts are placed on both sides of the top section to remove the unwanted odor occurring due to the volatility of the substance used during the process. Single-phase power supply and compressed air are required for the operation of the unit.
B-SPRAY-TYPE ADHESIVE BATHS (Ex-proof):
It is a double-nozzle Airless Ex-proof system, capable of spraying chemicals such as toluene and Mek, etc. in a pulverized way. For safety purposes, the pump group operates with compressed air instead of electricity. The body of the system consists of a top section for spray system and a bottom tank section where the chemical is stored. The airless group is located out of the body. The body is completely made of Cr-Ni materials. The top of the spraying section is closed and can be monitored from outside during operation. Chemical substance of the required amount is sprayed through two opposite, manually controlled nozzles over the rubber materials while they pass through the chamber.
High Explosion and Fire Hazard:
Because chemicals such as Toluene and Mek pose explosion and fire hazards due to their low flash points, they must be used by trained personnel. Do not approach with fire; beware of electric ark and static electric. Provide sufficient Foam Fire Extinguishers near the unit.
Grounding:
For safety purposes, do not attempt to operate the unit and its equipment without connecting to a Standard Copper Plated Grounding system.
Ventilation: Chemicals used in the process must be used in large areas with good ventilation, never be breathed, and goggles must be used when transferring the materials. A hood system covering the top of the adhesive bath and equipped with an ex-proof fan that has high suction power must be used.
